1. DIY Custom Print Items: Final Sale
All t-shirts featuring a custom design created by you (the customer) through our DIY tool are considered FINAL SALE.
These items are personalized to your unique specifications and cannot be resold to another customer. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for custom printed t-shirts unless they arrive damaged or defective (see section 3).

2. Returns & Exchanges for Non-Custom Items (e.g., Blank Tees)
We accept returns and exchanges for unused, unwashed, and undamaged blank t-shirts (with original tags attached) within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return or exchange:
  • The item must be in its original, resalable condition.
  • You must contact us within the 14-day window to initiate the process.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring our products are made and printed to a high standard. If you receive a t-shirt that is damaged (e.g., holes, stains) or has a printing defect (e.g., misprint, cracking print), please contact us immediately at within 7 days of receipt.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• Photos and/or a short video clearly showing the damage or defect.

Upon approval, we will happily send you a replacement for the defective item at no extra cost, or provide a full refund. We may request that you return the damaged item to us.

4. Refunds (For Eligible Returns)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (for non-custom orders) or approve your damage/defect claim, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

• Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
